What We Do

We at Lumen provide specialised tailored care and support for people with a range of mild, moderate and severe learning disabilities including autism, Asperger’s syndrome and sensory processing disorder.

We provide high quality accommodation in our residential and Day Care settings, going beyond the required standards as regulated by HIQA. Support is tailored to each individual’s needs, wishes and goals and we work with each person to create a bespoke care and support plan. We support people to live a fulfilling and rewarding life, supporting them in their daily activities and tasks and maintaining their independence. These supports are provided by a team of highly skilled and experienced staff.

All our services are delivered in line with National strategies and, in residential settings, standards for residential services for adults with disabilities are fully complied with. We work in partnership with HIQA and the HSE and strive to be a best practice exemplar for the sector.
