Who We Are
Lumen HealthCare was formed in 2020 by two dedicated health and social care professionals who between them have over 60 years’ experience of establishing and providing services for people with disabilities in a range of settings.
We have particular expertise in providing innovative solutions for Service Users who present with complex needs and require specialist interventions.
By working in close partnership with many stakeholders including, Service Users, Families/Carers, HIQA, HSE and other Commissioners, we have made a significant and positive contribution to the lives of many Service Users.
